My Fajita Butler

My Fajita Butler: Just because I am eating alone, doesn't mean I can't be fancy. The fajita pan is cast iron and you remove it still sizzling from the oven and lay it on the base and this keeps your tortillas warm in the bottom drawer. You put all your condiments in the little cups and they snap to the sides. The Base can take 500 degree heat. Available at FajitaButler.com

Steak Tortillas: I just cooked the steak in a cast iron skillet until medium rare.

Took the steaks out to cool off and while they were cooling I threw peppers, onions, salt & pepper in the skillet and then cut up the meat.

Then I took the fajita pan and laid down sliced steak, added peppers and onions and baked on 375 until sizzling.

Served with cheese, sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Enough for two nights.
