Made this loaf of Wool Bread with Goat Cheese & Caramelized Onions in my trusty Dutch Oven a couple of months ago. I used Goats cheese and Caramelized onions to flavor the bread.
The recipe I followed I found on Youtube. Here is the youtube link for the recipe. Unfortunately there is not a written recipe.
The recipe called for dried cranberries but instead, I substituted the cranberries for the goat cheese and caramelized onions.
It was a smart choice as this was the best loaf of bread I ever made. This is a very soft milk style Japanese bread. It uses milk and whipping cream so it is very light. You just pull it apart.
