Trail Mix Monkey Bread

For this recipe I bought a big bag of Trail mix that had various dried fruits like Chopped Dried Cranberries & Cherries, Sunflower & Pistachio Seeds; and then I used various seeds, nuts and cheese; including Poppy, Sesame, Everything, Oats, Roasted Almonds, Parmesan with Parsley, Cheddar Cheese, Lemon Pepper and Raisins. I just went thru my cabinets and whatever I found went in it.

It is so good and garlicky and when it is cooked, just sit it in the middle of the table, pull one off and eat!! So good with just a big salad or perfect with a big Italian meal.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans (16.3 oz each) Pillsbury Grands Original biscuits

5 Cloves of minced garlic

5 Minced Garlic Cloves

Assorted dried fruits, nuts, cheese and seeds

Pam cooking Spray

RECIPE:

Preheat oven to 350

Spray Pam in your Bundt pan

Open the biscuits and cut each one in half.

Roll each half into a ball and put them to the side.

Melt the butter and add in the garlic cloves.

Put all your topping in small bowls. Have them all ready because you are going to get very buttery fingers and it is best to have all the toppings ready.

Roll each ball in the melted butter and then roll in one of your toppings. Layer each ball around your bundt pan on top of each other. Don't push them down, just gently lay them on top of each other.

Bake on 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.

Let it cool slightly and then flip out onto your serving dish.
