Delicious & Easy.....two awesome breakfasts for avocado lovers.
The first way is to cut an avocado in half, remove the pit and replaced it with a very lightly soft poached egg. Wrap it in bacon and sauté it with some leftover roasted veggies. Then Hollandaise sauce. Egg stayed soft and runny!!
The second way is an Avocado Sandwich on a bagel with honey drizzled and sprinkled with red pepper.
