Sausage Gravy

This is a great way to start the day. You can serve it with a nice biscuit.


1 Package of your favorite breakfast sausage

4 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp Flour

1 1/2 cups of cold milk


Brown your sausage and crumble it up. In the same pan, remove the sausage and add the butter to the pan to melt. Once melted, add the flour and stir until it is smooth. Next, add the milk a little at a time. Keep stirring until thickened. Once thickened, add salt & pepper and add in the cooked sausage and cook on low for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
