These were excellent. Tis the season for Pumpkin. They were finger lickin' good!

FOR THE DRY RUB:

4 teaspoons Dry Rub Seasoning Blend

1 T brown sugar

2 T Baking Powder

1 T Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 t salt

2 pounds chicken wing pieces

FOR THE WING SAUCE:

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce

2 T Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 T brown sugar

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds

RECIPE:

Mix together your dry rub seasoning, brown sugar, baking powder, Pumpkin Pie spice and salt in small bowl. Place wings on large platter and pat dry. Coat with the seasonings. Refrigerate uncovered for 2 hours or all day. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before you are ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange wings in a dry cast iron pan. BAKE for 15 minutes and remove from oven. Brush on the Wing Sauce and turn each piece over. Return to oven and after 10 minutes, remove from oven and turn the pieces and brush on more sauce and return to oven.

Remove from oven again and brush more sauce, turn the pieces over and brush on more sauce and add the pumpkin seeds. Cook for 15 more minutes. Check one and make sure they are cooked. That's it!
