Orange Coconut Pound Cake

Made this cake this afternoon. I had a bunch of Organic Coconut and some fresh oranges.

So I zested the whole orange and mixed it with the coconut and minced them in my food processor. Then I topped the entire pound cake with it. Then the leftover coconut I just scattered around the top of the cake.
