
Fried Potato, Tomato & Onion sandwich. With cheddar, bacon, pickles, mayo and BBQ Sauce on Mayo grilled Sourdough Bread. Oh, and of course, BACON.
RECIPE: in a bowl, add 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup cornmeal, salt, pepper, Paprika and Onion powder. Slice Onions, tomatoes & potatoes thin. Heat up a cast iron skillet with oil. Dredge the dry veggies in the mix and deep fry. Drain veggies on newspapers or yellow pages so they stay crispy. Then just make a grilled cheese using a cast iron griddle if you have one (using mayo instead of butter) and build your sandwich, not forgetting the pickles, extra mayo and BBQ sauce.
