Dinner was great last night. OPA!!
First we had a Greek Salad....
Next, we had Greek Saganaki....fried cheese with a bunch of spices marinating for a few hours, topped with Greek Black Olives and then flamed with Brandy.
And served with my Goat Cheese and Carmelized Onions Wool Bread.....
The bread came perfect!!
Next up was the Moussaka!!
Slice of Heaven!!
And dessert was a Phyllo Krinkle Cake with Honey Sauce
Served with Affagato with Grand Marnier & Gelato on top!!
