So last night I had steak for dinner. I only ate half and I was dreaming of what to do with the leftovers.

I had a can of Pillsbury Biscuts and then I made a little Horseradish Sauce using Sour Cream, Horseradish & Dijon Mustard. I added in some fresh grated Parmesan too.

I cut three Biscuts in half and made a garlic butter sauce. I broiled the biscuits for 4 minutes until brown and then just laid down 2 cold steak slices per biscuit, added a dollop of horseradish sauce and then added a little black pepper and a tiny sprinkle of Parmesan.

They were delicious!!
