Reddick High School, located at 15150 Northwest Gainsville Road, was established in 1927 and graduated its last class in 1964.
The school closed when it was consolidated with Anthony and Fort McCoy high schools to form North Marion High School. The Reddick Auditorium building is on the grounds of the Old Reddick High School.
The film Jeepers Creepers (2001 film) was shot in Reddick during summer 2000. The old Reddick High School was used as the ‘Poho County’ sheriff’s office in the film.
Exteriors and most of the interiors, with the exception of the holding cell's and the room where the Creeper crashes out the window with Darry, were filmed here.
