I took the Tri-Rail train into WPB on my bike about a month ago and I was riding along the water and I came to the Okeechobee Blvd. Bridge. And lo and behold, look what I found under the bridge!! Lovely paintings that nobody going over the bridge can see. The artist is HULA-Sean Yoro. What a delightful surprise!!
